Tina Bauer brings 15+ years of experience in investor relations, capital markets, and finance, with a strong focus on the real estate sector. She has built and led investor engagement programmes, shaped corporate communications, and supported capital raising and complex M&A.
Before joining Lauder Teacher, Tina headed Investor Relations at Urban Edge Capital, an emerging hedge fund manager with a differentiated D&I-focused investment strategy, where she played a central role in fund launch planning, investor positioning, and capital raising strategy.
Previously, as Head of Investor Relations at Adler Real Estate, a listed German residential company with over €10bn in assets, she worked closely with senior management on equity and debt capital market transactions. She built out investor reporting and developed a consistent communications strategy translating complex operational and financial performance into clear, compelling messaging that strengthened relationships across the company’s global shareholder base.
Earlier in her career, she covered listed European property companies as an equity research analyst at Berenberg, working on more than 30 IPOs and capital markets transactions across both equity and debt.
She began her career in structured finance, audit, and credit, building a strong technical foundation as a Chartered Accountant (ACA). She holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham and BSc from University of Maribor.
