Marc is the founder of Straction, a business development and marketing consultancy that helps businesses to turn their strategies into action through sales and marketing related transformation projects.

His expertise spans business strategy, sales enablement, branding, and marketing communications.

Marc previously held board level positions at a number of real estate businesses including BNP Paribas Real Estate, Cluttons, and Bidwells, before setting up his own consultancy to help property and legal firms with their growth strategies.

He has led the business planning process for large and small organisations and managed complex change management programmes including preparing for company and product launches, restructures, mergers and acquisitions.

In addition to providing consultancy advice, Marc is often asked to lead or work alongside in-house teams on an interim basis to help implement his recommendations.
